Twyla serves as Operations Director for Cape Henry Private Wealth Group, a position she held prior to the merger between The ZAUGG Financial Group and Cape Henry.  Twyla’s passion has always been aimed at ensuring good customer service for her clients by using the diverse skills she’s acquired from multiple positions within the financial services industry.  She takes pride in her attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to relate to a wide range of team members and clients, and believes her ability to multitask while still meeting project deadlines is one of the most important skills she developed.  Twyla also understands that communication is a key building block to any relationship, personal or business.  

Prior to working in finance, Twyla attended ECPI where she graduated with honors as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  Her career in the financial industry began in 2000 when she was hired as a teller at a Credit Union in Danville, VA.  After working for a time as a teller she was promoted to Collection’s Officer and processed and closed loans.  Twyla later relocated to the Tidewater area where she became the CEO and Founder of a Trucking Transportation Company.  Having been both an employer and an employee, as well as an entrepreneur, Twyla obtained a wealth of knowledge which prepared her for her most recent career move.  Consequently, in September of 2011, she became a member of The ZAUGG Financial Group, Inc., a high service financial advising firm in Virginia Beach, VA.  There she began working as an Executive Assistant to the president of the firm, Gary Zaugg.  Years later, Twyla was promoted to Operations Director and was instrumental in the merger of Cape Henry Private Wealth Group and The ZAUGG Financial Group in 2022.

She is married to Arnando Hall, a retired Naval Veteran of 20 years who currently employed by the Department of Defense.  Arnando and Twyla are the proud parents of six children, three boys and three girls.  In her spare time, she enjoys taking in a ballet show as she was a dancer for 10 years, but most of all she loves simply spending quality time with her family.
